- Hervimos la calabaza y una vez tierno lo pisamos
- Hervimos el arroz y lo dejamos enfriar
- Por otro lado cocinamos la acelga picada junto con la cebolla y el morrón con un toque de aceite
- Mezclamos todo y condimentamos. Llevamos a frío por 30 min aprox para poder manejarlo, esto es fundamental
- Para el empanado mezclamos el pan rallado, la avena y las semillas
- Con el relleno frío le damos forma de patita o la que quieras y pasamos de una por el empanado (repetir esto dos veces)
- Llevamos a frío por 20 min para que tome cuerpo
- Podés cocinarlo al horno o frito, en este caso los puse en placa para horno con un poco de aceite por arriba para que no se pegue, horno fuerte hasta dorar
