- Lo primero que hacemos es lavar bien todos los vegetales. Cuándo lo tenemos todo lavado y escurrido partimos a juliana la zanahoria y los puerros dejandolos a un lado en agua para que no se ablanden y pongan negros. Picamos el ajo y hacemos pedacitos las nueces (Las pongo en el mortero y hago como cubitos).
- Poner las acelgas a cocer en agua hirviendo hasta que estén tiernas y mientras picamos los espárragos muy finos.
- Saltear los espárrago con un poco de aceite de oliva al que le añadiremos a los pocos minutos el puerro y la zanahoria con el ajo. Cuándo esto lo hayamos tenido unos minutos añadimos las acelgas (1 minuto más).
- Por último añadimos la cucharada de salsa de soja, la pimienta al gusto (sin pasarse) y las pipas.
