- Cuando se ha enfriado, desmoldamos el pastel y lo colocamos sobre una fuente entonces lo cubrimos con mayonesa y procedemos a formar el monstruo, cada cual puede hacer volar su imaginación.
- Si quisiéramos servirlo caliente, se cubre, entonces, con besamel.
