  3. Paralelamente, en un cazo con agua hirviendo, ponemos los langostinos a cocer 1 minuto. Escurrimos, pelamos, cortamos en trozos y reservamos (Nota: puedes guardar ese agua y emplearla en una sopa de marisco o en cocer pasta a la que quieras aportar este toque😉)
  4. Colocamos la masa brisa en un molde de horno, dejando debajo el papel que trae. La pinchamos un poco con un tenedor (para evitar que se infle) y la metemos al horno durante 10 min, a 200º grados.
  5. Mientras, en un cazo, con un dedito de agua y un poco de sal, ponemos la calabaza en daditos pequeños y cocemos durante 10 minutos. Cuando termine de cocer, la escurrimos bien (incluso presionando con una servilleta) para eliminar el agua que le pueda quedar. La machacamos un un tenedor y reservamos.
  6. En un bol, batimos los huevos y añadimos la crema de soja (o nata), el queso rallado, la calabaza, una pizca de pimienta, sal y mezclamos bien.
  7. Sacamos la masa brisa del horno y la vamos rellenando: Primero ponemos abajo la mezcla de champiñones y langostinos. Después agregamos poco a poco la mezcla líquida del bol, (con cuidado de no alcanzar el borde de la masa).
  8. Metemos al horno a 200º durante 15-18 minutos y estará lista para comer. Bon apetit! 😊😋 (Nota: si la prefieres muy cuajada por dentro, déjala en el horno un par de minutos más)
  9. Nota: si usas crema vegetal en lugar de nata (como yo) la quiche te quedará algo menos cuajada, pero igual de rica 😉😋)
