- Prepara un papel de horno y únta papel y manos con aceite de oliva suave. Saca la masa y divide en dos partes

- Corta 1/4 parte de cada porción

- Da forma redondeada y dispón en dos moldes de panettone de la siguiente forma (bola grande abajo y encima la pequeña. Repite en el otro molde)

- Deja reposar durante una hora.

- Cuando falten 15 minutos de levado precalienta el horno a 200 por abajo y con ventilador. Pon los moldes y vigila que no se doren en exceso las superficies. Si eso pasara tápalos con papel de aluminio

- Saca del horno y desmolda en cuanto puedas manipular los moldes. Deja enfriar completamente antes de cortar los brioches
