Relleno cada huequecito pinto con agua y pongo otra tira de masa encima, (si no tenéis este molde con una cubitera también sirve)Se puede hacer con cualquier Corta galletas pequeñito, igualmente poniendo una lámina de masa ponemos relleno dejando una separación Pintamos todos los bordes con agua y ponemos otra lámina de masa encima. Y ya vamos cortando con el corta galletas
  6. Para la salsa de calabaza ponemos aceite en un cazo, salteamos el puerro troceado y la calabaza troceada, una vez que está salteado salpimentamos y le incorporamos el agua hasta cubrir, dejamos al fuego hasta que la calabaza esté tierna
  7. Ponemos todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la batidora y añadimos los dos quesitos trituramos y ya tendremos nuestra salsa de calabaza lista
  8. Ponemos agua a hervir con sal y una vez que echa hervir incorporamos los raviolis, en 3 minutos los tendremos listos, colamos y volvemos a añadir a la olla con la salsa, Emplatamos con queso parmesano en polvo perejil fresco picado
