- Metemos la calabaza en el horno a 200°C durante 40 minutos.
- Mientras preparamos el resto de verduras. Para ello la troceamos todas en cuadraditos del mismo tamaño (la cebolla, el calabacín y la zanahoria).
- En una sartén grande echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y cuando esté bien caliente echamos las verduras. Añadimos sal y pimienta al gusto y las dejamos hacerse a fuego lento y con la tapa puesta.
- Una vez listas añadimos también el maíz. Reservamos.
- Cuando tengamos la calabaza lista debemos limpiarla muy bien, quitándole las pipas y las hebras.

- En la misma sartén donde tenemos las verduras añadimos la carne de la calabaza y las alubias cocidas. Cocinamos un par de minutos todo junto en la sartén para que los sabores se mezclen bien. Yo le he echado un chorrito de agua para hidratar un poco la mezcla.
