  8. Pasado este tiempo ponemos en un cazo o sartén honda bastante aceite de girasol a fuego fuerte u cuando coja temperatura vamos añadiendo pirciones de la masa con una cuchara
  9. Ponemos pocas cada vez para que no se peguen. Dejamos que doren y pasamos a un plato con papel absorbente hasta que estén todos los buñuelos
  10. Emplatamos y servimos. Yo los he acompañado de salsa de yogurt
